Maintenance Technicians

Bee Line offers a variety of maintenance programs to keep facilities "customer ready." Our preventative maintenance program allows technicians to make their rounds at each building with a comprehensive checklist of items to inspect and repair if needed. This proactive approach keeps buildings safe and in top notch shape before problems arise.

Technicians are also available on call to service a facility as needed. All technicians are trained and able to perform the following tasks: Paint, Patch and Drywall - Electric Work, Bulb and Ballast Changing, Handyman Tasks, Minor Plumbing, and Small Construction Services.

Bee Line's supervision system includes electronic inspection software which allows clients to view reports on demand for their facility.

Lighting

Bee Line is capable of maintaining bulbs and ballasts in any size facility. Bee Line will stock your bulb and ballast inventory while our trained technicians will proactively change out bulbs and ballasts as your schedule demands.

Floor Maintenance

Bee Line can care for all your hard surfaces (VCT, Terrazzo, Marble, Mondo, Slate). Cleaning, refinishing, stripping and polishing services can be performed by our floor specialists.

Carpet Cleaning

Bee Line's state of the art truck mounted equipment provides deep cleaning that is gentle, thorough and fast drying. Our carpet cleaning includes: Vacuuming, Pre-Conditioning and Agitation, Steam Extraction, Neutralizing Rinse, Carpet Drying and Deodorizing. We also offer Upholstery Cleaning, Scotch-Guard Applications and Emergency Flood Service. Our cleaning system uses temperatures exceeding 220 degrees to remove all residues from your carpet effectively, prolonging the life of your carpet and promoting a healthier work environment.
