EMPLOYEES / BENEFITS PROGRAM

Bee Line begins quality service by hiring the best employees to perform the work. The hiring process begins with a national and county criminal background check. Once fully screened, employees receive their initial orientation through our professional Human Resources department. Many Bee Line employees have been members of our team for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years because of our commitment to them and their families. Bee Line’s benefit program includes a dental savings plan, health insurance, personal days, vacation time and a company matched savings plan.

TRAINING

Bee Line employees receive technical training on Healthy High Performance cleaning and methods. Our managers receive training through BSCAI’s (Building Service Contractors Association International) multiple programs tailored specifically to our industry.

Each employee receives Safety Training through our 26 week ongoing safety training program. Safety Training is administered on site through field management.

QUALITY CONTROL

Bee Line, Inc. uses VEKTR software to measure the quality of our customer sites and the work performed. Cleaning criteria is preloaded into the information system allowing Bee Line Field Managers to use handheld Palm devices to perform site inspections. Each month Bee Line Field Managers perform inspections at their facilities.

All Bee Line, Inc., clients have the option to tour the facility with a Bee Line manager during the inspection. Clients also may request a copy of inspection results at any time.

The performance results are reviewed by Bee Line Management and an improvement plan is made and documented as necessary for each site. Corrective action plans are customized based on the inspection reports.

SERVICE PORTFOLIO

Bee Line’s service does not end with cleaning. Our maintenance technicians are on call and skilled to do many building repairs, bulb and ballast replacements and handyman tasks. Bee Line route technicians perform interior and exterior facility inspections. Inspections are available to clients real time via the web with photos, remarks and the ability to generate immediate work orders. We operate truck mounted carpet cleaning machines for carpet care and hard surface restoration. Bee Line offers immediate temporary labor for housekeeping and light duty work.
