Property Inspections:

BLC works closely with portfolio managers to offer weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly visual property and total perimeter inspections to notify our clients of any activity out of the ordinary. With each visual inspection the client is notified by verbiage and photo of maintenance issues, damage, tenant concerns etc. All items of concern will automatically generate a work order. The software enables Bee Line clients to email the work order to their contractor of choice, should work order be considered low priority, and it can be closed or put on hold by the client. The reports are available on the Bee Line internet server enabling Bee Line clients to log in world wide and have all information at their finger tips.

Preventative maintenance programs:

BLC will compile a preventative maintenance report with items individually noted, issues stated, photo provided, action suggested and a cost to cure assigned to each item. This report enables facility/portfolio managers to prioritize items and meet budget guidelines.
